Booking & Payment
Boat bookings are confirmed either online or in person at our office. A reservation is valid only after full payment is completed.

Before every rental, a full inspection of the boat is carried out together with the customer to confirm the condition of the vessel.

The renter is fully responsible for the boat, all passengers, and the safe use of the vessel during the rental period.

Damage & Equipment Policy
Any damage to the boat, engine, or equipment during the rental period will be charged to the customer based on repair or replacement cost at current market value. The same applies to lost or damaged equipment.

Prohibited Activities & Safe Use of Boats
Irresponsible or unsafe activities are strictly prohibited during boat rental in Thassos. This includes reckless driving, unsafe navigation, exceeding speed limits, or any behavior that may endanger passengers, the boat, or other vessels.
The customer is fully responsible for safe and responsible boat operation at all times.

Weather Conditions Decision Policy
In case of bad weather or unsafe sailing conditions, the final decision to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the rental is made by My Boat Thassos, based on official maritime authority guidance and safety considerations.
